Add Yoga/Meditation in Your Daily Life

In recent days, we have seen more death due to heart attack. Sidharth Shukla, at the age of 40 dies because heart attack.

When you look fit outside, it does not mean you are fit inside also. To get fit inside, you need to include yoga/meditation in your daily life. Minimum 30-45 min daily practice it.

Guys, in 1-2 months you will see lot of changes in your body and mind. Life is precious, don’t take a chance to harm to your own engine(i.e heart, lungs etc).
